How to Change Your Voicemail PIN

  1. Open the web browser of your choice – Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc
  2. Go to https://bc-pinreset.berea.edu/
  3. Log in using your Berea log in credentials

  1. Create a new 6-digit voicemail PIN.
