Alexa should broadcast its own wireless network. Connect to it with your phone in your phone’s Wireless settings. Afterwards, follow instructions below:

  1.  Open the app

  2. On the Home Screen, Click More

  3. Click on Settings

  4. Click on Device Settings

  5. Click on device name(It does not matter whether it is offline or online) 

  6. Scroll down and Click on About. 

  7. Then you will see the MAC address.

  8. Then register the MAC of your device in the BYOD portal

  9. Then go through normal Alexa setup
